After last year's success, the AMFT is once again announcing the Austrian Metal Construction Prize 2026 this year, honoring outstanding projects in Austrian metal construction as well as the technical expertise of the industry. All projects can win
Whether large, small, newly built or renovated – all projects can win. Companies (trade license and registered office in Austria) that manufacture and represent typical AMFT products such as metal windows, doors, gates or facades are eligible to participate. Membership in the AMFT is not a requirement.

The partners make a decisive contribution to the success of the Austrian Metal Construction Prize 2026. Through their commitment to publicizing the new national competition, they contribute to the participation of the executing companies.

submission
Submission is open untilOctober 17, 2025about the website possible. Projects whose completion is between January 1, 2022 and September 30, 2025 are eligible. The evaluation is carried out in three categories, staggered according to order volume:
- bis 100.000 Euro
- über 100.000 bis 1.000.000 Euro und
- über 1.000.000 Euro.
In addition, the jury can award special and recognition prizes. The award ceremony will take place as part of the Austrian Metal Construction Day on April 9, 2026 in Saalfelden. (gw)
