The Grit belt sanders have a modular design and meet very high requirements. The Grit GX program is aimed at tradespeople, while Grit GI is designed for continuous industrial use. Both systems are based on powerful basic belt grinding machines, which can be supplemented with application-specific modules and extensive accessories - ideal for special applications such as circular, radius and surface grinding.
Grit GI: 4-in-1 belt sanding system
The Grit GI program is tailored to all grinding applications, materials and formats in metal processing. Thanks to the modular structure, the right machine can be configured for every requirement - even for work steps that are already partially automated. Whether stainless steel processing, radius, circular, surface or longitudinal grinding – the modular 4-in-1 belt grinding system enables various grinding applications. With two speed levels, the GI-Line combines both steel and stainless steel processing, depending on the equipment version. In addition, safety and ergonomics are combined: The optional extraction system integrated into the base protects employees from highly concentrated grinding dust, and the patented belt tensioning system enables low-vibration work.
Grit GX: 3-in-1 solution
The Grit GX system also follows the proven modular principle: The basis is a fully-fledged belt grinding machine, which can be expanded with suitable modules as required and can therefore be converted into a belt grinding machine, radius grinding machine and cylindrical grinding machine. This modular design makes the GX range particularly attractive for flexible use in trades and small series. In addition, Grit GX impresses with strong performance and high reliability in daily use.
For perfect grinding results, we offer our own sanding belts made from high-quality raw materials - ideally tailored to the respective machine and application - which impress with their very high removal rates and very long service lives in metal processing. (gw)
